[nebula-dev] Getting back commit rights

Hi,

May I ask to get back commit rights. I've a customer who wants to
contribute back fixes to Nebula.

Not sure how the process is in this case as I'm listed as a "Committer
Emeritus". Is there a election needed? We may have to contact Wayne or
the EMO.
