[nebula-dev] Another widget from Opal

Good Evening,

I would like to inform you that I've migrated another widget from Opal to
Nebula:

I'd like to thank (again) Wim for the merge into master :)

For the moment, buttons are just "push" and "toggle" buttons, but I'm gonna
upgrade this component soon because an enhancement request is open [1]
