Hi All,

I have been harassing the Opal Widget author, Laurent Caron, for quite some
time to get his wonderful Opal widgets into Nebula, and I am *extremely*
happy to announce that we have just merged *19 widgets* into the set of
released widgets, more than doubling the number of widgets that we
currently have. Rich Client developers now have *35 widgets* to choose
from.

A big thank you to Laurent. We still need time to move all information from
Github[1] to Eclipse but the most difficult hurdle has been taken.

Please check out (literally) our shiny new widgets and *don't forget to
wholeheartedly welcome Laurent as a new full committer.*

To the Batmobile, let's go!

Wim

Hi Laurent,
I've discovered Opal widget a long time ago and I'm planning to use it
in my OpenSource project (especially the Login Dialog and the
Preferences dialog are very pretty). Warm welcome to the Nebula project!

Greetz,
Ralf.

Hi all,

(Although not a committer any more, I'm still lurking this mailing-list ;) )
That's a great addition to Nebula and to Eclipse.org ecosystem in general!
Thank you very much Laurent for contributing and thanks to Wim and others
for their assistance with this! I'm pretty sure that some of those widgets
will receive a boost of popularity by having them under the
Eclipse.org/Nebula umbrella.

Cheers,

That’s great news. Do we have a target release date for Nebula 1.5.0, which will contain the new widgets?
