[nebula-dev] Nebula 1.4.0

Hi folks,

We have a 1.4.0 nebula release[1] scheduled for Oct 28[2]. As this is
the Saturday after the week of EclipseCon I was wondering what, if
anything, needs to get under way now so the release can be on time,
especially considering some of us will be distracted (or perhaps more
focused :-) by EclipseCon.

There are some significant fixes for XYGraph already in master and a
few more almost complete that I know some people are depending on
getting there hands on[3].

Please let me know what I can do to help the release.

Hi Jonah,

We need to schedule a release review next week. This means that we have
about 10 days to get the remaining bugs resolved [1]. There are a number of
bugs where people have supplied patches that are waiting to go through
Gerrit so these can be chased.

Otherwise, all bugs not resolved before next week Wednesday are going to be
moved to 1.5.

For all bugs resolved, make sure we have a New and Noteworthy entry [2].
