Hi folks,

When opening the N&N for 1.5[1], the language used was a little
negative. I have inverted the language of the summaries of each item
to be the positive way round.

For example, the first New and Noteworthy item said "Highlighting of
days in CDateTime is broken", that makes it sound like a warning. The
new lines is "Highlighting restored to CDateTime".

The other option I considered was moving all those items below the
"Bugs Fixed in this Release" major heading.

It was an either/or choice, not a both choice as then the original
wording made sense.
